Apple’s Tinkering with Ranks

As of late last night (Thursday Jan 13th) Apple’s ranks feed has not been working properly. We’re not happy about it and users are keeping our support team on their toes. Hopefully Apple will take care of this immediately. We have our fingers crossed, as are our toes, arms, shoelaces, and streams (yes, a Ghost Busters reference).
