Over the last few days Google Play has been publishing data to user accounts later than usual, which has affected email reports for some appFigures customers. The late reports resulted in some users’ email reports including only iOS apps, since at the time of sending the Android apps did not yet have any data. We’ll be pushing back the time we send email reports to try to avoid this problem in the future.
Ultimately we’ll be improving how email reports are sent. You’ll be able to decide what’s most important: an email report’s time sensitivity or its inclusiveness.
