A number of appFigures customers have informed us that they’re missing Google Play data. According to these customers, when logged into Google Play, Google has published a statement that says:
“We’re aware of reports from some developers that they see no updates for the device/user install numbers displayed in their Developer Console since 25 July 2012. We’re investigating this issue and are striving to resolve it as soon as possible. No action is needed on your part at this time. Please check back here for updates.”
So it looks like some Google Play accounts will have no new numbers for some or all of the dates after July 25th…at least until Google fixes this issue. Let’s hope they roll out a fix soon. We’ll follow up here when we hear more news.
