As you may already know, earlier today we had a ranks outage that lasted from 11AM to 2PM, so your reports will currently show a big blank gap for that period. Yikes!
We do have some good news: Ranks began aggregating on schedule again at 3PM and have continued since.
And we have even better news: We traced this back to an issue in our reports display engine and our team is currently working to fix it. We expect to have it resolved within the next few hours. Once corrected those ranks will display properly and that big gap will go away forever.
