An Update About Reviews

Reviews have been in a bit of flux in the past few days. We’ve been polishing up the beta reviews report, and have been experiencing increased traffic with the classic report, causing some issues. Here’s what’s going on:

Classic reviews

Over the last few days we’ve started to experience connectivity issues due to an increase in traffic. These connectivity issues are causing some review requests for Mac and iOS apps to fail. We’re working to resolve those issues as we speak.

Since beta reviews and classic reviews run on completly separate systems these connectivity issues are only affecting classic reviews.

We’ll update this post once this is sorted out.

Beta reviews

We’ve been improving the back-end of the new reviews report (still in beta), so if you had any missing data issues recently they should be fixed now. If you haven’t already checked out the beta we recommend taking it for a spin :)
