An Update About COVID-19

Like most companies, we’re all adjusting to life during this pandemic. Since we’re based in New York City, we started working from home last week. All of our teams, from support to data science, are 100% online, and we expect no impact to our business or the services you expect from us.

In addition, we’re doing a few more things during this time:

Sharing insights. We’ve heard from many developers who are concerned about the impact of this situation on app stores. We’re actively monitoring trends around the world, and will be sharing insights actively on our Resources hub.

Extending support hours. We’ll be on live chat and email as much as possible, even beyond our standard working hours. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Keeping all of our data models in check. Many of you rely on our intelligence data to understand how this is impacting your business. To make sure the accuracy of our intelligence data isn’t impacted, our data science team is actively monitoring and tweaking our data models as needed.
