Reply To Reviews Right In Appfigures

Replying to reviews is one of the features developers have been clamoring for since the dawn of the app store. When Apple made that possible we were ecstatic, but we, and many of our members, wanted an easier and smoother way to reply. So we built it!

Using Appfigures, you can now reply to reviews quickly and effortlessly. Every review — in the Reviews report, or through alerts — now has a Reply button that lets you post a new reply or manage the existing one. One click to open the reply box, another to post your reply. All without needing to log into iTunes Connect.

Under the hood, Appfigures is connected to iTunes Connect, so when you post a new response we pass it on to Apple in real time.

Availability

We’re starting with support for reviews for iOS and Mac apps, and will be adding support for Android apps (through Google Play) in the near future.

Update: Android support has arrived, and is available to all members!

API Access

In addition to replying through the site (and soon app), you can also reply programmatically using our API. Replying looks something like:
