Problems with ranks. Again.
Earlier today we discovered that Apple changed its ranks feed to no longer provide access to top 400 lists but only the top 200.
Because of this change ranks for the last few hours are not available in your reports. Additionally, until Apple corrects the issue we’re only tracking the top 200 apps and not 400.
We’re keeping an eye on the feed and will update this post if there are any changes.
6/9 EDIT: We noticed that feeds for all countries have been working well for a few hours earlier today. so we’re back to tracking the top 400 apps now.
Any updates on that issue? Are they planning to limit the top lists to 200 permanently?
We keep checking the feed but not much has changed yet. It “feel” like it’s an issue with the feed and not a permanent change, but we can’t say that for sure. Time will tell.
Seems ranks catching up right now – at least for me.
